First time sea fishing for Mackeral from Ilfracombe harbour, guests at the hotel, brought some super fresh fish to the hotel kitchen.
In April 2009 we had a visit from Sally Shalam, hotel reviewer at the Guardian. Sally obviously picked up on our 'dazzlingly patterened' carpet (replacement on order).
We've had some sensational dishes on the menu throughout March, and some corkers coming up in April.
